CARMENÈRE
IGT Veneto
Without added sulphites

The Carmenère vine arrived in France in Roman times, where it is no longer found today. The world’s largest producer is Chile, followed by Italy, especially the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The “137” Carmenère IGT Veneto, is vinified in a single variety and is subjected to long maceration. Here it gives us all the fullness of colour and roundness typical of the grape variety. When ageing, the wine becomes refined, taking on balsamic, jam, tobacco and leather notes.
