Production: Organic wine – Certificate IT BIO 004. Vegan wine.
Grapes: 100% Verduzzo.
Production area: City of Mansuè, locality Basalghelle.
Soil Type: Silt-Calcareous of alluvial origin.
Harvest: Late harvest grapes.
Vilification: The grapes are harvest and selected by hand. The must macerates on the skins for 24/36 hours. Then it’s ferments, some in steel tank, and some in ceramic amphora.
Colour: Golden yellow. It’s the typical colour of the Verduzzo which comes from Friuli.
Smell profile: Nose: Fragrance of flowers and ripe fruits as peach Fragrance of dried fruits and candied orange. In the mouth it’s sweet, medium alcohol, and a good acid freshness. It’s sapid. It’s balanced and elegant wine
Food pairing: It’s excellent with dessert, pastry biscuits and as meditation wine too.
Alcohol: 13% vol. at bottling.
Residual sugar: 40-50 gr/liter. Sweet wine.
Service Temp.: 10-12°C.
Production: Less then 3.000 bottles in a year.
